House of June is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, postal disruptions, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate information provided at checkout.

Risk of loss and responsibility for items passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and eligibility are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

We accept eligible returns within 28 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions may not be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non returnable and non refundable, unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Sale items, promotional items, customised jewellery, and personalised jewellery are also non returnable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We offer free returns if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at houseofjuneuk@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We are currently unable to offer exchanges.

This allows us to maintain strict hygiene and quality standards across all jewellery. If you would like a different item, you are welcome to place a new order.

Our jewellery is designed to be anti tarnish and water resistant; however, it is not completely immune to natural wear over time.

Tarnishing, fading, discolouration, or damage caused by the following is not considered a manufacturing fault:

Items damaged due to improper care, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for a return or refund.
