ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and Ireland.

International shipping to other locations may be introduced in the future. If available, this will be clearly stated on our website.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch and are provided as a guide only.

Standard UK & Ireland Delivery: 2-5 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, postal disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any applicable delivery charges must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, House of June is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances beyond our control.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

House of June cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the item.

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours at houseofjuneuk@gmail.com so we can assist with a courier investigation.

House of June is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or missing after being confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at houseofjuneuk@gmail.com.

  • A clear video showing the damage, fault, or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution where appropriate.

We offer free returns if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For orders to Ireland or any future international locations, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
