Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

At House of June, we carefully check, package, and dispatch every order so that your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Please review this Shipping Policy before placing your order. This policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace, limit, or affect your rights under applicable consumer law.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping details and tracking information, where available.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and Ireland.

International shipping to other destinations may be introduced in the future. Any additional shipping destinations will be clearly stated on our website.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and are provided as a guide only.

Standard UK and Ireland delivery: usually 2 to 7 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary because of courier delays, postal disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Unless another delivery timeframe has been agreed, orders will be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days of the order being accepted.

If your order has not arrived within the agreed delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Your statutory rights relating to delayed or undelivered goods remain unaffected.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any applicable delivery charges must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Where you exercise a legal right to cancel an online order, standard outbound delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.

If you selected a premium or express delivery service, any refund of the original delivery charge may be limited to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to you by email after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active or update after dispatch.

Tracking updates are supplied by the courier and may occasionally be delayed.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed with you.

Delays may occur because of courier or postal disruption, adverse weather, public holidays, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at:

houseofjuneuk@gmail.com

We will investigate the delay and do our best to assist you. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where an order is not delivered within the agreed or legally required timeframe.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

House of June cannot accept responsibility for delays or unsuccessful delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer where we have dispatched the order using the information provided.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be responsible for any reasonable additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery and Transfer of Risk

House of June remains responsible for your order until it is physically received by you or by a person you have identified to receive it on your behalf.

A courier tracking update showing that a parcel has been delivered does not, by itself, remove your statutory rights if you have not received the order.

Where you independently arrange for a carrier that was not offered or arranged by House of June, responsibility may transfer when the order is handed to that carrier, as permitted by law.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with other members of your household.

  • Check any authorised safe place.

  • Check with neighbours where appropriate.

  • Review the courier tracking information.

  • Contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, please notify us within 48 hours so that we can begin a courier investigation promptly. This requested timeframe does not limit or remove your statutory rights.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Your delivery address.

  • Any relevant tracking or delivery information.

  • Details of any checks you have already completed.

We will work with the courier to investigate the delivery and provide an appropriate resolution where required.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

houseofjuneuk@gmail.com

Where possible, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate the matter promptly. This requested timeframe does not replace, restrict, or affect your statutory rights.

Please include, where reasonably possible:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the item.

  • Photographs of the external and internal packaging.

  • A clear video demonstrating the damage, fault, or incorrect item where this would help show the issue.

The absence of photographs or video will not automatically prevent you from exercising your legal rights. We may request reasonable evidence to help us assess the issue.

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy available under applicable consumer law.

You will not be charged reasonable return costs where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Customs, Taxes, and Import Charges

Orders sent from the United Kingdom to Ireland or to any future international destination may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are collected at checkout or otherwise stated, the customer may be responsible for paying applicable import charges.

These charges are set by the relevant customs or tax authority and are not controlled by House of June.

Customs rules and charges may change. Customers are responsible for checking the applicable import requirements before placing an order.

Delays caused by customs checks, import processing, or local authorities may be outside our reasonable control. We will provide reasonable assistance where possible.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.

This includes rights relating to:

  • Delivery within the agreed or legally required timeframe.

  • Goods that are lost before you receive them.

  • Goods that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.

  • Cancellation of eligible online purchases.

  • Refunds of applicable standard delivery charges.
