Our jewellery is made from 316L surgical grade stainless steel and is designed to be waterproof for everyday wear, anti tarnish, hypoallergenic, and suitable for daily styling.
With the right care, your jewellery is made to retain its shine and stay beautiful for longer.
If your item develops a genuine manufacturing fault within 12 months of
delivery, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a
replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.
What Is Covered
Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults confirmed after review.
Defects affecting the secure opening or closing of the piece.
Breakage caused by a confirmed production or manufacturing fault.
Stones lost because of a confirmed setting or production fault.
Components affected by a genuine manufacturing issue.
Tarnishing or discolouration caused by a confirmed finish defect.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by everyday wear, accidents, misuse, incorrect care, or circumstances unrelated to manufacturing.
- Scratches, dents, bending, pulling, or breakage caused by use
- Accidental damage
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage caused by perfumes, lotions, oils, cosmetics, cleaning products, chlorine, seawater, harsh chemicals, or harsh environments
- Improper storage or handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Items repaired, altered, or modified by another person or business
- Failure to follow our jewellery care guidance
Although our jewellery is designed to be durable and waterproof for
everyday wear, following our care instructions will help preserve its
finish and appearance.
Jewellery Care
To help your jewellery stay beautiful for longer:
- Store each piece in a dry, safe place when not in use
- Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, cosmetics, and cleaning products
- Avoid chlorine, seawater, and harsh chemical environments
- Gently clean jewellery with a soft, dry cloth after wear
- Store pieces separately to reduce scratching and tangling
- Remove jewellery before heavy exercise, swimming, sleeping, or activities that may cause pressure, impact, or pulling
How to Make a Claim

Include the order number linked to your purchase.
Briefly explain the fault and when it appeared.
Provide clear images of the item and affected area.
Include a clear video showing the issue where possible.
Once received, our team will review your claim and contact you with the next steps.
Warranty Returns
If your claim is approved and the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, House of June will cover the return cost.
If the returned item is found not to have a manufacturing fault, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Important Information
This warranty applies only to eligible jewellery purchased directly from House of June.
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery.
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does
not replace, limit, or affect your rights under UK consumer law.
