INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the item.

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with an investigation through the courier.

House of June is not responsible for parcels lost after being confirmed as delivered to the address provided.

DAMAGED PARCELS
